 கண்டபடிபேசிக் காறித்துப்பியபின் கதிர்வேலன் இதைச்சொன்னான்
என்ன வாழ்க்கையப்பா எப்படித்தான் வாழ்வதிங்கே
மண்ணை மறந்து வந்தோம்மனவருத்தமும் பொருமலும்தான்
எங்களுக்குவேணும் நல்லாய் இடம்விட்டு வந்ததற்கு
வேலைக்குப் போனாலும் வேதனையும் கவலையும்தான்...
